The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and maintaining the overall standards of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring a positive guest experience, managing schedules and performance evaluations, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. The manager will also be tasked with analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain efficient operations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to foster a motivated and cohesive team.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree and between 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field. Proficiency in Customer Service, Teamwork, Microsoft Excel, Analytical Skills, Public Speaking, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Presentation Skills, and Administration is required.
