- Minimal Experience 10 years as Store Manager in F&B Japanese Restaurant
- Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing store
- Great communicator and proven leader.
- Organize staff scheduling, daily operations, and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor and analyze store performance to develop improvement strategies
- Have good expression skills, communication skills, and training skills, and have data processing and report analysis abilities.
- Proficient in computer and Office software.
