RESTAURANT MANAGER

As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a competent and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. About the Role

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations, including staff management, customer service, cost control, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing food ordering and serving processes to ensure smooth operations.

* Coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

* Ensuring the restaurant remains clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

* Managing inventory and monitoring stock levels.

* Preparing employee schedules and managing staffing needs.

* Monitoring and evaluating team performance regularly.

* Maintaining service and operational standards across the restaurant.

* Leading and motivating the team to create a positive, efficient, and harmonious working environment.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, F&B operations, or the culinary industry.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in Chinese restaurant management is highly preferred.

* Strong understanding of customer service and restaurant operations.

* Experience in catering management and kitchen operations/support.

* Familiarity with Western restaurant operations is a plus.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Experience in fast-food restaurant operations is a plus.

* Experience in grilled/barbecue restaurant operations is a plus.

* Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic about developing the business and team.
