1. About the Role
Responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experience across all outlets by building strong operational systems and developing capable supervisors/PICs.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall FOH operations across all outlets (dine-in & online orders)
- Ensure smooth service flow and eliminate operational bottlenecks
- Monitor outlet performance through reports and site visits
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
- Develop and coach outlet supervisors/PICs as frontline leaders
- Ensure PIC coverage and decision-making capability in each outlet
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Conduct regular service and cleanliness audits
- Manage team discipline, grooming, and readiness
- Collaborate closely with BOH for smooth operations and delivery performance
- Use performance data for continuous improvement
3. Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B or service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing multi-outlet teams is a plus
- Able to handle complaints and operational issues quickly
- Service excellence mindset with strong problem-solving skills
