🔎 Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B / Restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Able to handle restaurant operations and staff supervision
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
💼 Responsibilities :
• Monitor stock and inventory materials
• Conduct employee training and manage staff performance & attitude
• Ensure food quality and service standards are maintained
• Prepare operational reports and attend meetings with management
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth business activities
💰 Salary:
Start from IDR 10,000,000 – Negotiable
