Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Lead, train, and motivate the Front of House team.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Manage staffing schedules, labor costs, and operational efficiency.
Monitor sales performance, food & beverage costs, and overall profitability.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to ensure seamless operations.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement continuous service improvements.
Ensure all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a premium restaurant, steakhouse, hotel, or fine dining establishment.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
