Deskripsi pekerjaan Restaurant Manager (Lembongan - Bali,English Speaking Only) PT. Bello Bello Bali
This is a highly hands-on Operational Manager role, typical for an island-based restaurant. You are the owner’s right hand on the ground.
1. Staff Leadership & Discipline:
• Daily training, briefing, and building SOPs, service rules, and cleaning standards.
• Enforce discipline, grooming, and work culture.
2. Supply Chain & Island Logistics (Very Important):
• Organize and coordinate all suppliers from Bali.
• Manage daily pick-ups at the beach / yellow bridge.
• Responsible for delivering/packing the "white box" (supply box) to the boat on time. Ensuring cold chain is maintained.
3. Guest Experience & Floor Management:
• Actively receiving and welcoming guests at the restaurant.
• Being present on the floor during service hours to ensure perfect service.
4. Operational Excellence:
• Full responsibility for opening/closing, cleanliness checks, and hygiene.
• Controlling and managing food waste daily to keep Food Cost low.
• Managing inventory and daily stock reporting.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager, preferably in Japanese restaurant or premium / fine dining concept.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant P&L, cost control, and operational management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a MUST. Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Willing to be placed and live in Nusa Lembongan, Bali.
• Passionate about Japanese cuisine and the F&B industry.
• Well-groomed, professional, and able to work under pressure.
