Responsibilities
- Manage in total 2 outlets at the same time (Mall Artha Gading and PIK Avenue)
- Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve each outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead all Outlets Team by training and appraising talented personnel
- Work closely with Operational Manager
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational Expenses and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Create Event or Promo for customer to pull Crowd in the Restaurant
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service and Culture Standard
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a Restaurant Manager of an F&B chain is a Must (Fine dining, Mandarin Cuisine, Pub and Bar mostly preferred).
- Bilingual, proficiency in English is a must (Mandarin most likey).
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Proven customer service experience
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Understand the inventory scheme well
- In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety
- Understand each KPI component for outlet and how to achieve them
- Understand the process of solving problems related to operational issues
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication, and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
