Restaurant Manager (Coffee Shop)

This Restaurant Manager position is for placement in one of our business units: Shots Coffee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all branch, ensuring high standard quality of food & drink, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, train, manage, and develop a high-performing team of barista, server, and kitchen staff of all branch.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences, responding promptly to feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement menu changes, promotions, and specials.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, and expenses, making adjustments as needed to achieve budget targets.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, promoting the cafe through social media, events, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 year of experience in cafe or restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in cafe management software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Food Safety Certification or equivalent.
