WE ARE HIRING RESTAURANT HOSTESS
Job Descriptions :
• Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables and ensuring a smooth seating process
• Take and confirm reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with the kitchen and waitstaff.
• Maintain a waitlist during peak hours, providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping guests informed
• May be involved in promoting special offerings and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
• Be familiar with the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to assist guests with questions and recommendations.
Qualifications :
• Min. 1 year experience as a cashier in a restaurant
• Positive attitude, Disciplines dand responsible
• Must work well in a team
• Can speak English
