Job Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, and escort them to their tables.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations, providing details about food and beverages.
- Answer phone calls and manage customer inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow and optimal table utilization.
- Offer assistance to the restaurant team as needed, contributing to a cohesive and productive environment.
- Payment handling, Process payment, closing and opening cash register.
Qualifications :
• Age Requirement: 23 - 35 years old
• Experience: Provenexperience as a Restaurant Host, Cashier, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Good Looking
Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional under pressure and capable of maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Able to work multi-tasking, team and individual team player.
Availability :
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
