We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service
- Supervise and support service staff during shifts
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and management team
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Familiar with POS systems (e.g. Quinos)
- Able to handle administrative work
- Understand opening and closing procedures
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
