RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain good product quality with good service
- Improve the skills, knowledge and behavior of all employees on an ongoing basis
- Achieve agreed sales and profit targets for daily, weekly and monthly
- Ensuring that all restaurant operations meet the standards of the principal and regulations of the government
- Manage and ensure stock level and handle all service area in order to maxims sales
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor degree, preferable from Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Restaurant Manager/Leader in Quick Serve Resto
- Understand about quality, inventory system and managing restaurant operations
- Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment
- Have a good strong drive and act initiative without being prompted
- Have a good personality, communication and selling skill
- Ready to willing to be placed in Wingstop SAMARINDA Area
