As a Resident Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include handling resident inquiries, managing property-related issues, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. You will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with residents and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will assist in the planning and coordination of various property maintenance activities, ensuring that all services are provided efficiently and professionally. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer relationships will be key to your success in this role.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: You must be male and possess an Associate Degree. A minimum of five years of experience in customer service is required, with a preference for those with up to ten years of experience. Essential skills include customer service, customer relationship management, communication skills, and property customer service. Requirements:
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in any major preferably in Civil Engineering.
Have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a residence relations or property management role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
Excellent in communication skill with strong analytical ability, customer services oriented and pleasant personality.
Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Excel.
Good interpersonal skills to build relationship with property owners, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle issues and complaints.
Proficient in English and fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Able to work mobile and have own vehicle.
Ready to work underpressure & can join as soon as possible.
Job Descriptions :
Handling complaints of clients/owners.
Build good relationship with clients/owners.
Monitoring daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning services, gardening, security and public area upkeep.
Ensure all areas meet the property’s cleanliness and quality standards at all times.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping functions.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Update schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
Respond promptly and professionally to owners feedback and service requests.
Work closely with the Head Office and Management to coordinate residence readiness and resolve issues.
Monitor usage and control of supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.
Report to Head of Division.
