Job Title: Outdoor Furniture / Upholstery QC (Quality Control) - On Site

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) to join our outdoor furniture and upholstery manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be based full-time at our factory, ensuring product quality meets standards before shipment. This role requires daily communication with our foreign management team, so fluent spoken English is essential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections for outdoor furniture (e.g., rattan/wicker, aluminum, wood, and outdoor cushions).
Check materials, weaving/stitching, dimensions, welding, and weather-resistant finishing quality.
Write daily and weekly inspection reports in English.
Communicate quality issues to the production team and follow up on corrective actions.
Report directly to the foreign Quality Manager / Owner in English (verbal and written).
Maintain inspection records and ensure all quality documents are well filed.
Requirements:
Age: 25 - 35 years old.
Education: SMA/SMK minimum. Associate Degree (D3) is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years in outdoor furniture or related manufacturing QC. Candidates with 2-3 years of strong skills will also be considered.
English: Fluent spoken English is required. Must be able to communicate with foreign management via phone, video call, or in-person. Good written English for inspection reports is also required.
Ability to work full-time on-site at the factory.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Monthly Salary:
IDR 8,000,000 - 9,000,000 (Approx. USD 450 - 500), based on experience and English level.
Work Location:
Full-time on-site at factory in Gempol, Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia.
