Reservation Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservations via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.

• Input and manage booking details in the reservation system or Property Management System (PMS).

• Provide guests with accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and promotions.

• Send booking confirmations and payment instructions to guests.

• Follow up on pending reservations and payments.

• Ensure all reservation details are accurate (dates, room type, number of guests, special requests).

• Coordinate with Front Office teams to ensure room availability and readiness.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year experience in reservation, front office, or customer service (hotel or villa experience preferred).

3. Good command of spoken and written English.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.

5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

6. High level of discretion and confidentiality.

7. Familiar with reservation systems or Property Management Systems (PMS).

8. Experience handling bookings from online travel platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Agoda is an advantage.

9. Strong customer service and communication skills.

10. Good attention to detail when handling booking information.

11. Ability to work in a team and handle guest inquiries professionally.
