Job Description:
- Handle booking and reservation for tours, hotels, and transportation
- Confirm and update customer arrangements
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal team
- Provide good service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in reservation / travel industry (or related field)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work in a team
