Reservation

• Education:

Diploma or equivalent

• Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.

• Experience:

Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role preferred.

Familiarity with reservation software and booking systems.

• Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft and basic computer skills.
