Responsibilities:
- Receive and process reservations through telephone, email, website, and Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
- Provide accurate information regarding room types, facilities, rates, and promotional packages to prospective guests.
- Actively perform up-selling and room upgrades to maximize hotel revenue.
- Update room availability status in real-time and maintain reservation records accurately.
- Coordinate and communicate special guest requests to relevant departments (such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage) to ensure excellent guest preparation and service.
- Verify payment methods, deposit policies, and guest credit card details.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and persuasive personality.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail in handling guest information, stay dates, and special requests to avoid booking errors.
- Ability to respond promptly and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Good command of English; additional foreign language skills will be an advantage.
