Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservation, OTA Management, or E-Commerce within the hospitality industry.
Familiar with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, and Traveloka.
Experience using Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Domicili Bali and willing to be placed at Navya Villa – Umalas, Bali
Preferred Skills
Experience handling villa reservations.
Understanding of occupancy, ADR, and revenue optimization.
Knowledge of OTA promotions and rate management.
Immediate availability is preferred.
