Reservation Supervisor
General Requirements
• Having experience in the same position.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skill, computer and English literature both written and oral.
• Professional demeanor, team player & good personality.
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar Area.
• Able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee room availability, handle complex or high-profile bookings, and coordinate with the sales/revenue team to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise, train, and support reservation agents to ensure the team meets daily goals and follows standard operating procedures.
• Resolve escalated customer issues, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain high standards of service to drive guest satisfaction.
