Reservation Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Process reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services, packages, and pricing.
3. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
4. Upsell additional services and packages to maximize revenue.
5. Resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations in a professional manner.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a reservation or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
