Deskripsi pekerjaan Reservation Staff PT. DELAPAN BELAS PROPERTINDO - 18 Suite Villa
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle room reservations via phone, email, OTA, and other booking channels.
• Process, modify, and confirm reservations accurately in the PMS system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and other departments regarding guest bookings.
• Monitor room availability and maximize room revenue through upselling opportunities.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and maintain accurate guest records.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a hotel or villa.
• Familiar with PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
