Job Title: Reservation Executive
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Reservation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all reservation activities and ensuring a smooth booking process for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming reservations via email, telephone, and online booking platforms
Accurately input and update reservation data in the Property Management System (PMS)
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests in a timely manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries
Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
Know verry well with OTA and Pricing strategy
At least 1 year of experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality industry
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Familiarity with PMS and channel manager systems is an advantage
