We are looking for someone who enjoys working in the travel industry, handling customer reservations, and supporting social media activities. This role combines reservation operations, customer communication, and simple content/social media management.
Responsibilities
- Handle online reservations and customer inquiries.
- Assist customers through WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Create and upload simple social media content for Ticketboat.id.
- Visit harbors and tourist destinations for light content creation when needed.
- Write simple captions and support Instagram/TikTok updates.
- Handle lightweight product and database updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Support weekend reservation operations remotely (Saturday & Sunday).
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and CapCut.
- Basic smartphone photo/video editing skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Based in Bali.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in tourism, hospitality, and travel industries.
Work Schedule
