Deskripsi pekerjaan Reservation & Operational Staff Bali Aqua Dive Center
We are a growing dive company based in Bali, looking for a Reservation & Operations Officer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle booking reservations via email and WhatsApp
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage booking schedules using Microsoft Office and Google Calendar
- Prepare daily and upcoming dive schedules
- Coordinate with dive instructors, boat crew, and team to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate with guests regarding their booking needs
- Liaise with partners (hotels, agents, and other dive operators) for reservations
- Ensure all bookings and operations run smoothly and on time
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen (based in Bali)
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Calendar
- Familiar with WhatsApp and email communication
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or diving industry
- Basic knowledge of dive activities
