About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly motivated Reservation and Guest Relations Officer to join our hospitality team. As the face of our property, you will handle guest bookings and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from pre-arrival to check-out. You will assist with reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update tasks in TODO list daily.
- Manage all reservations (online, phone, email, walk-in).
- Work in Kommo (CRM)/Hospitable (booking engine).
- Monitor and respond to OTA messages promptly.
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic allocation and pricing.
- Monitor competitors rates at different OTA by vill by weeks/month - provide reports - update prices weekly.
- Coordinate with on the field team for booking details.
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Handling and response to all the review.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front office, reservations, guest services, hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with hotel management systems and digital communication tools.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
