Key Responsibilities
- Reservation Management: Handle all incoming reservations via email, phone, and direct walk-ins professionally and promptly.
- OTA & Channel Management: Manage and optimize Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc., including daily inventory, rates, and promotions.
- E-commerce Drive: Monitor and update the company’s direct booking engine and website content to maximize direct online bookings.
- Rate Strategy: Assist management in analyzing market trends, competitor rates, and implementing dynamic pricing strategies.
- Guest Communication: Maintain excellent communication with guests prior to arrival, ensuring all special requests are recorded and coordinated with the front office team.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and OTA performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Reservation / E-commerce) within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) - VHP, Channel Managers (STAAH), and OTA extranets.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of revenue management principles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
