Sang Spa Bali, one of the leading wellness and spa establishments in Ubud, is currently looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Reservation & Customer Relations Staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily reservations and guest inquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
- Manage guest communication and provide accurate information about spa services.
- Coordinate booking schedules with the operational team.
- Maintain organized guest data and reservation records.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Currently residing in Bali (preferably Ubud area).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality, spa, or wellness industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in using email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and social media.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
