Key responsibilities for the Reservation Agent at TMS Tour & Travel include managing reservation requests from customers, providing detailed information about our tourism products, and ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and promptly. You will also be responsible for marketing and promoting our various tourism offerings, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess an Associate Degree and have between 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support roles. Strong communication skills, a keen understanding of tourism products, and the ability to market and promote these products effectively are essential.
