TMS Tour & Travel, part of Tjendana Corporation, Specialized in family leisure, MICE,wedding event and highly supported by hotels and more than hundred wholesales partner in Bali and in Asia, now TMS Tours has become one of the biggest tour operators in Bali, supported by its B2B system. We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Reservation to join our team
Placement: TJ's Coffee & Co-Working (TMS Tours Office), Tuban, Badung
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservation or similar position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if applicable).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Can join immediately is preferred.
