Reservation Agent Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems, OTAs, and channel management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation-related systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Available to join immediately is preferred.
