Requirments :
- Min. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Reservation, Front Office, or E-Commerce within the hospitality industry
- Process and confirm bookings from various channels including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), direct inquiries, travel agents, and group reservations
- Manage and maintain room inventory, rates, and availability across all sales platforms and Extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
- Ensure all reservation data is accurately entered into the Property Management System (PMS/VHP) including guest details, stay dates, room types, and special requests
- Handle guest inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms (WhatsApp)
- Coordinate guest special requests and arrangements (airport transfers, special setups) with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams
- Verify payment proofs, deposits, and credit card authorizations, ensuring accurate booking confirmations and proforma invoices are issued
- Proficient in relevant software & tools (PMS/VHP, OTA Extranets, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs, Outlook/Gmail)
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), detail-oriented, with excellent time management abilities
