Job Requirements :
- Minimum Education Diploma III of Hospitality or Medical report or related.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service, or in a similar role.
- Prior experience working as a Receptionist in a hospital or healthcare clinic is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and good administrative skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
