Position: Gym Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Welcome members and visitors in a professional manner
Handle check-ins, bookings, and membership inquiries
Answer phone calls and respond to messages
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide information about classes, services, and promotions
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication skills in English
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Basic computer and administrative skills
Willing to work flexible hours
Additional Information:
This position is subject to 1-month until 3-month probation period, during which performance and suitability for the role will be evaluated
Preferably based in Nort kita or denpasar area and willing to be place in Nuhuman Raw Berawa
