The role of Resepsionis Kasir & Waiter / Waitress Restoran involves providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the dining experience in both Western and barbecue restaurants. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, processing orders, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with reservations, handling cash transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the day.

We are seeking a female candidate with at least a SMA/SMK education level and between 1 and 3 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and familiarity with Western and barbecue restaurant environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in restaurant reception and administration are also required.
