What you'll be doing
- Greet visitors in a friendly & welcoming manner.
- Make a Schedule
- Provide information about products and treatments.
- Create registration and treatment schedules for clients ( CRM system)
- Manage telephone activity.
- Create transaction reports, outgoing and incoming products.
We are looking for:
1. Experience as a Receptionist at least 1 years.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
3. Good Looking, Honest, disciplined, and friendly
4. Fluent In english
5. Ready to work shift and a team
