About the Role
We are looking for a Research Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Research team. This role is responsible for ensuring effective workload management, operational efficiency, KPI and SLA achievement, and timely execution across the team.
Working closely with the Head of Research, you will help drive team productivity, operational discipline, and performance while ensuring smooth and well-coordinated Research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage task allocation and analyst workloads based on priorities, capacity, and deadlines.
- Monitor team KPIs, productivity, SLAs, attendance, and overall performance, and drive follow-up actions where needed.
- Ensure clear ownership, timelines, progress tracking, and completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate team schedules, shifts, meetings, and routine activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and performance gaps, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and operational insights for the Head of Research and Management.
- Support team development, people management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in research operations, team coordination, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs, deadlines, and performance targets.
- Able to manage team workloads objectively and effectively.
