Job Description

• Trial formulas to develop new products or improve existing skincare products
• Create new product formulation
• Troubleshoot, validate specification & perform other research activities related to skincare industry
• Review current formulation and optimized for better performance and optimal ngredients
• Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements, standart and assist the preparation of regulatory documentation as needed
• Maintain detailed records of all R&D activities, including formulation changes, test results and product specification
• Stay current with industry trends and research on skincare ingredients and technologies to help drive product innnovation
• Writing reports, reviews and summaries stability test and packaging compatibility test & reparing product samples for testing

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the R&D personal care/ cosmetic industry, with expertise in skincare and decorative formulation (preferably from a skincare manufacturing company).
• Knowledgeable in CPKB, certification, Halal regulations, product legality, GMP, ISO 9001, and DIP BPOM preparation.
• Able to conduct trial projects and proficient in accurately combining active ingredient percentages.
• Had a passion and broad knowledge of personal care esp skin care ingredients and industy
• Possesses technical knowledge of chemistry, polymers, colorants, emulsions, surfactants, and other raw materials used in the cosmetics industry.
• Detail oriented, active, initiative, independent and have a high sense of ownership
