- Education minimum D3 in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in Product Development or Research & Development
- Experienced in supervisory or team leadership is preferred
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials, coating applications, colour matching, and product compliance is highly preferred
- Familiar with Ms. Office 365 and SAP is an advantage
- Good in English (spoken & written)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and perform well under pressure
