Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field
Fresh graduate / minimum 1 year experience in similar position (F&B preferred)
Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends
Strong understanding of product development processes, formulation, food processing techniques
Familiarity with administration, reporting, and documentation
Understanding of raw material specifications
Cooking skills
Ability to calculate COGS/HPP
Analytical Skills, Creative thinking and Attention to Detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and in a team
Can join ASAP
