Deskripsi pekerjaan Research & Development Staff PT. RASAKITA ADHIKARI UTAMA
The R & D Staff, is responsible to assisting Senior Staffs/Supervisor in executing Product Development Programs and Projects at PT. Rasakita Adhikari Utama, this role involves conducting the internnal survey and performing data collection for trial product result.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct research and development to create innovative products within the food technology sector.
- Design, develop, and evaluate new product prototypes in accordance with food quality and safety standards.
- Perform analysis and testing on raw materials, production processes, and final product quality.
- Collaborate with the Production and Marketing teams to optimize formulas, packaging, and product features.
- Ensure compliance with food industry laws and regulations.
- Provide periodic reports on project progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering.
- Prior experience in a similar field is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Meticulous, agile, proactive, cautious, and professional in executing tasks, particularly in product development.
- Skilled in laboratory work and proficient in the trial product manufacturing process for soft drinks/beverages.
