PT. Anugerah Raya Kencana (ARK), was established in the year 2004 with a fully equipped facility to tailor polyisocyanurate & polyurethane systems to the need of our customers. ARK specializes in the manufacture of polyurethane systems for wide range industries
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, production processes, and finished products
- Perform product trials and development activities related to sandwich panels and insulation systems
- Analyze laboratory test results including physical, mechanical, and performance testing
- Prepare testing reports, quality analysis, and product improvement recommendations
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions with the production team
- Develop and update quality standards, technical specifications, and QC procedures
- Support continuous product improvement, material efficiency, and quality consistency
- Ensure products comply with internal standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Materials, or related fields)
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control or Research & Development in manufacturing
- Experience in sandwich panel, Polyisocyanurate (PIR), or building materials industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality testing, and technical data analysi
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experienced in technical reporting and quality documentation
