Deskripsi pekerjaan Research and Development Manager PT. MARKETING SENTRATAMA INDONESIA
Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Business, Marketing, Economics, Science, Statistics, Mathematic, Anthropology, Sociology.
• At least 5 years in Market Research agency or Research Projects
• Solid knowledge of Market Research services and tools (having both quantitative and qualitative or consulting experience will be an advantage).
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Good with building client relationships
• Presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas with internal & external business clients.
• Self-driven, results oriented, shows exceptional initiative and focused on quality.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the relationship with clients on a day to day basis and keeping them informed regarding the progress of projects.
• Lead projects – give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/suggestion to run the projects, create report and presentation.
• To ensure that industry and research knowledge is integrated from other projects, desk research and other teams/sources to obtain a consolidated, competitive offering or insightful report.
• Designing the relevant research instruments (questionnaires, discussion guides, interviewer briefs, sampling plans, etc.)
• Write accurate and insightful reports keeping proposal requirements and obectives in mind.
