KIDO BAKE IS HIRING – Research & Development Intern (Pastry Division)
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our bakery team as a Research & Development Intern. This role will support daily production activities while contributing to product development and operational processes within the pastry division.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in pastry and bakery production activities
• Support product packaging and box assembly processes
• Coordinate product deliveries using online delivery platforms (Gojek, Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
• Assist in inventory checking and stock counting
• Support daily operational and product development needs
Qualifications:
• Female
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology / Teknologi Pangan
• Passionate about pastry, bakery, and food product development
• Familiar with online delivery platforms
• Comfortable using laptops and digital tools for operational support
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
