Main Duties: Adhikara Group representative to promote GajiHub (by Kledo) services at webinars and related promotional events.

Job Summary: As a Representative Officer (Partner), you will be the official representative of Adhikara Group in promoting Kledo's GajiHub services. You will be actively presenting and promoting GajiHub products to webinar participants and potential audiences, with the goal of generating new user conversions. You will earn a competitive fee/commission every time an audience member uses a GajiHub product through your referral.

Job Description:

  1. Represent Adhikara Group as a speaker or co-host at webinars organized by Kledo.
  2. Promote the features and benefits of GajiHub services (payroll, payroll, HRIS, etc.) in a professional and persuasive manner.
  3. Provide product explanations, short demos, and answer audience questions during webinar sessions.
  4. Follow up on potential leads generated from webinars.
  5. Build strong relationships with audiences (HR, business owners, and companies) to encourage adoption of GajiHub products.
  6. Report promotional results, lead numbers, and new user conversions to the Adhikara Group team.
  7. Collaborate with the Kledo and Adhikara Group teams to prepare webinar promotional materials.
  8. Maintain a positive image of Adhikara Group and GajiHub at all events.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or HR, or other relevant field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing.
  3. Understanding of HR Tech/Payroll System products or willingness to learn quickly.
  4. Good communication and public speaking skills (comfortable speaking in front of a camera and a webinar audience).
  5. Experience as an MC, moderator, or speaker at webinars.
  6. Experience selling SaaS/HR/payroll software products.
  7. English proficiency (a plus).
  8. Network within HR, business owners, or professionals (a plus).
  9. High-energy, persuasive, and enthusiastic.
  10. Results-oriented (target-oriented).
  11. Professional, trustworthy, and possessing high integrity.
  12. Flexible hours, particularly able to follow the specified webinar schedule.
  13. Have a laptop, stable internet connection, and devices that support webinars (a quality microphone and camera).
