About the role
Sales position at Fedora Group Indonesia, a provider of integrated energy solutions focused on renewable energy, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), electrical power systems, and sustainable energy solutions for the commercial and industrial sectors. We are seeking passionate, communicative individuals oriented towards targets to join our team.
Key responsibilities
Contact prospective clients and partners via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other media
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and company partners
Conduct presentations and explain company products and services to prospective customers
Actively follow up until the sales process is successfully closed
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks
Create sales activity reports and prospect development updates on a regular basis
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
About you
Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree
Experience in sales, marketing, MLM, or business development is a plus
Experience or knowledge in the Renewable Energy field
Communicative, confident, and possess good negotiation skills
Able to work with targets and results-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate in English is a plus
Personal vehicle and driving license is a plus
Benefits
Base salary Rp2,000,000 – Rp3,000,000 per month
Unlimited sales commission according to performance
