Job Description:
Everline Systems is seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. We are looking for talented developers who are ready to take on international projects and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Since our clients are primarily based in the United States, the ability to work during US/PST (Pacific Standard Time) working hours is strictly required.
In this role, you will go through a series of client interviews, and we value your time—you will be compensated for every interview you attend.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and complete technical interviews with global client companies.
Work closely with the team to align with project requirements.
Upon successful placement, develop, code, and maintain high-quality software systems during US business hours.
Requirements:
Proven professional experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.
Must be able to work flexible or fixed shifts matching US/PST time zones.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) is strictly required/mandatory
Strong technical background in core development (open to various tech stacks).
Professional honesty regarding your technical capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Interview Pay: $10 USD for each interview session completed.
Part-Time Placement Bonus: $1,000 USD upon successfully passing the interviews and securing a part-time role with the client company.
Full-Time Placement Bonus: $2,500 USD upon successfully passing the interviews and securing a full-time role with the client company.
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Work From Home).
