Job Description

• 9.30 - 6.30PM, 5 days/ Week (Singapore Time)

• Work from Home

• Remote but 100% Job Commitment

• Public Holiday Schedule: Based on Singapore, except Major Holidays.

Job Responsibility

• Manage and Fulfill Purchase Orders
• Forecast Demand and Manage Inventory Numbers and Replenishments
• Liaise with Various Stakeholders including Suppliers and Vendors
• Prepare Weekly Reports for Stock Levels, PO Statuses and Shipments
• Arrange for Shipments According to Required Schedules
• Assist in Operations Related Adminstrative Matters
  

Requirements:

· Strong Command of Written and Conversational English

· Bachelors or Equivalent in Operations Related Courses

· At least 1-3 years of Relevant Experience

· Positive Attitude, Organised and Self Disciplined.

· IT Skills in Google Drive, Sheets & Equivalent.

· Basic Skills in Reading, Typing Chinese (Optional: But a big Bonus!)
