Deskripsi pekerjaan REMOTE FREELANCE ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPPORT (Bali Residents Only) PT EIGHT WONDERS PROPERTY GROUP
PT Eight Wonders Property Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Freelance Accounting & Tax Support professional to assist with accounting review, financial reporting support, bookkeeping reconciliation, historical financial data consolidation, and tax administration activities.
This role is suitable for accounting professionals seeking flexible remote freelance work while gaining exposure to the property and hospitality industry.
Working Arrangement
• Remote
• Weekly or bi-weekly online or onsite coordination meetings as required.
• Flexible working hours based on agreed deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
• Occasional additional coordination may be required to support operational or reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting Support
- Assist in reviewing and preparing historical financial reports based solely on documents and information made available by management.
- Review accounting/ book keeping transactions that have been recorded by the internal team.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Verify the completeness of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Identify transactions that are not properly documented or supported.
- Prepare a list of outstanding items requiring management follow-up.
- Assist in preparing draft monthly financial reports based on available data.
- Assist in correcting bookkeeping records when errors or discrepancies are identified.
- Prepare working papers and supporting reports for management purposes.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial administration and record-keeping processes.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, and internal financial processes
Tax Administration Support
• Assist in identifying transactions that may have tax implications under Indonesian tax regulations.
• Assist in organizing tax-related documentation.
• Assist in preparing preliminary tax calculations based on available information.
• Prepare supporting documents for external tax consultants when required.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants as requested by management.
Documentation & Administration
- Assist in organizing and maintaining accounting, tax, invoice, receipt, and supporting document records.
- Assist in maintaining a systematic filing structure for available financial documents.
- Prepare and monitor lists of missing or outstanding documentation for management followup.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, and Tax Administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with accounting software.
• Experience supporting financial statement preparation.
• Experience reviewing historical accounting records.
• Experience in hospitality, villa management, property management, or service industries.
